About Me
My name is Léa,
I studied Thai Yoga Massage since 2017 with the Sunshine Network, mixing traditional and intuitive teaching with a more western vision of the work of the body and mind (osteopathic techniques).
The water element has always had an essential importance in my life, and I came to approach Aguahara - an aquatic therapy - in Mexico in 2019, discovering new territories and possibilities to deepen my presence and listening.
From the land to the water, I facilitate safe spaces for balance and well-being on a physical, energetic and mental level.
Everything is In Onda, from electronic waves to ocean waves, through your body and mind,

Osteo-Thaï Massage is done on the ground on a thick mattress, with clothes. It is a grounding, relaxing and deep body work combining stretches (assisted yoga postures), acupressure points and osteopathic techniques for joins, the tissues and the organs.
