About Me.

I come from the small island of Guadeloupe (French West Indies). With studies and work in International Cooperation and Cultural Projects Management, my interest in getting to understand interconnections and human beings grew even more through my experiences between South America, Europe and Asia.

I embarked on my holistic journey in 2017 studying traditional Thai Yoga Massage and complementing my studies with Ostheo Thai Massage (osteopathic techniques applied to Thai Massage).

The water element has always had an essential importance in my life, and I came to approach Aguahara - an aquatic therapy - in Mexico in 2019, discovering new territories and possibilities to deepen my presence and listening. 

Another element with which I explore day by day is music, through singing circles and medicine music.
